  1. 1 Combine milk and vinegar in a shallow bowl. Place cracker crumbs in another shallow bowl. Dip pheasant slices in milk mixture, then press into cracker crumbs until both sides coated.
  2. 2 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pheasant; cook until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

  1. 1 Mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, and mustard in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
  2. 2 Mix onion, cracker crumbs, bell pepper, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Add ground beef and 1/2 of the tomato sauce mixture; stir until thoroughly combined. Transfer to a 2-quart, microwave-safe baking dish. Spread remaining tomato sauce mixture over top.
  3. 3 Microwave on high until the loaf is set, the juices run clear, and meat is no longer pink inside, 10 to 15 minutes depending on the power of your microwave. An instant-read meat thermometer, inserted into the center of the loaf, should read 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
  4. 4 Remove from the microwave and immediately drain any grease from the dish. Let stand, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

  1. 1 In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, egg, milk, ginger and salt. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into meatballs.
  2. 2 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place meatballs in skillet and cook until evenly brown, and meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3 In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, brown sugar, reserved pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix until smooth, then pour into the skillet with meatballs. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils, about 5 minutes. Stir in the green pepper and pineapple chunks. Heat through.

Instructions

  1. 1 Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 5x9-inch loaf pan.
  2. 2 Press brown sugar into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan and spread ketchup over top sugar.
  3. 3 Mix all remaining ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl and shape into a loaf.
  4. 4 Place on top of the ketchup and sugar crust.
  5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
