  1. 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. 2 Crush the stuffing mix into crumbs in a bowl; stir garlic powder and onion salt into crumbs. Place flour in a shallow bowl. Beat egg and milk together in a separate shallow bowl.
  3. 3 Dip turkey cutlets in flour, then in egg mixture; gently press into crumbs to coat. Place the breaded cutlets into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until the juices run clear and the cutlets are no longer pink inside, about 20 minutes.
  5. 5 Whisk dry gravy mix with water in a saucepan until smooth, place over medium heat, and bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Pour gravy over cutlets to serve.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. 2 Press pie crust into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish, then layer turkey meat over crust; spoon cream of chicken soup over turkey.
  3. 3 Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in mixed vegetables; cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Whisk dry gravy mix with remaining 1 cup of water, then stir gravy mixture into mixed vegetables. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened, about 1 minute. Pour vegetables and gravy over cream of chicken soup layer in the pan. Spread mashed potatoes over the top of pie.

  1. 1 Place giblets and turkey neck into a large saucepan. Add onion, celery, turkey gravy mix, and white pepper. Pour chicken broth over all, bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, and cook for 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Remove turkey liver and set aside. Simmer stock for 2 ½ more hours.
  3. 3 Remove remaining giblets from stock and chop with liver; set aside. Strain stock into a liquid measure. You should have about 3 cups; add more chicken broth if needed. Pour stock into a saucepan. Discard strained turkey neck and vegetables.
  4. 4 When turkey is finished roasting, pour pan drippings into a bowl or fat separator and skim off fat. Whisk quick-mixing flour into drippings until smooth, then whisk flour mixture into stock in the saucepan. Bring gravy to a simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly. Add chopped giblets. Stir in milk until desired smoothness is reached.

Instructions

  1. 1 Turn on a multi-cooker (such as Instant Pot) and the select Saute function. Melt butter in the pot. Saute onion, apple, and celery until onion and celery are slightly translucent, about 5 minutes. Add broth; scrape off bits from the bottom of the pot. Add gravy mix; stir until dissolved.
  2. 2 Combine kosher salt, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, sage, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Rub onto the turkey breast.
  3. 3 Lower a trivet into the pot; place seasoned turkey on top. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 50 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  4. 4 Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, 10 to 40 minutes.
  5. 5 Mix water and quick-mixing flour together slowly in a bowl until slurry is smooth.
  6. 6 Unlock the lid and open the pot; transfer turkey to a plate. Strain the liquid from the pot; return it to the pot and select Saute function. Bring to a boil. Stir in the slurry slowly until gravy is thickened to your satisfaction. Slice turkey and serve with gravy.
