Instructions
- 1 Gather the ingredients.
- 2 Place lavender in a pitcher; pour boiling water over the lavender. Cover with plastic wrap and allow lavender to steep for 10 minutes; strain and discard lavender from water and return water to the pitcher.
- 3 Add cold water, lemon juice, and sugar to the pitcher; stir until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate until serving.
