Instructions

1. 1 Crush and then layer graham crackers at the bottom of a mason jar or cup.
2. 2 Add a layer of mini marshmallows and chocolate sauce (proportion and layer to your taste). Top with a few large marshmallows.
3. 3 Drizzle 3 oz. of Baileys Original Irish Cream on top for a sweet finish. Brown marshmallows with a creme brulee torch.

Instructions

1. 1 Beat cream in a stand mixer with the whip attachment to soft peaks. Add confectioners' sugar and salt; mix until well combined. Add mascarpone and whip until fully incorporated. With the mixer running, add 1/4 cup Baileys. Set aside.
2. 2 Mix together cold coffee and remaining 1/2 cup Baileys in a shallow dish. One by one, dip ladyfingers into coffee mixture and arrange them in a single layer on the bottom of a 3-quart dish. Spread 1/2 of the whipped cream mixture over ladyfingers in the dish. Top with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and remaining whipped cream mixture. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. 3 Dust top with cocoa powder before serving.

1. 1 Whisk together the 1/2 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream, 4 oz. of whipping cream and 2 tbsp confectioners sugar until mixture forms soft peaks. Chill and put aside for topping the finished product.
2. 2 Combine 2 1/2 oz. of Baileys Original Irish Cream, 2 1/2 oz. of whipping cream, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 2 eggs in a shallow dish.
3. 3 Dip the bread into the mixture while heating 1 tbsp butter in a pan for frying.
4. 4 Fry dipped bread until golden brown on each side.
5. 5 Top with whipped cream mixture.
