Instructions

  1. 1 Pour Sriracha salt onto a small, shallow plate. Moisten rim of a chilled, 1-pint mug; dip into Sriracha salt. Add ice cubes to mug until ¼ full.
  2. 2 Place 2 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker; add tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, smoked salt, celery seed, black pepper, bitters, hot pepper sauce, and habanero powder. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted.
  3. 3 Pour tomato juice mixture into the mug; top with gluten-free beer, stirring gently to combine. Top mug with more beer as you drink cocktail.

Instructions

  1. 1 Pour dill pickle juice into a shallow plate. Combine sriracha salt, celery seed, and black pepper on another shallow plate.
  2. 2 One-by-one, dip the rims of 4 glasses first into the dill pickle juice and then into the salt mixture to coat the rims. Place glasses into the refrigerator or freezer. Pour remaining dill pickle juice and salt mixture into a large pitcher. Add vegetable juice, vodka, lime juice, horseradish powder, and hot sauce. Mix well. Allow Bloody Mary mixture to rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. 3 Slide 1 pickled egg, 1 pickled okra spear, and 1 dill pickle onto each bamboo skewer.
  4. 4 Before serving, add 2 two ice cubes, 1 loaded bamboo skewer, and 1 celery stalk to each rimmed glass. Give the Bloody Mary pitcher a stir and pour evenly into the 4 prepared glasses. Serve immediately.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. 2 Remove the outer layers of the fennel but leave the fronds. Wash with water. Cut into eighths. Scrub carrots under running water, leaving about 4 inches of the green tops. If your carrots are larger than 3/4-inch in diameter, cut them in half.
  3. 3 Arrange the vegetables on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Sriracha salt evenly over the vegetables.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until the vegetables are tender but not too soft, 20 and 25 minutes. Turn on the broiler and brown the vegetables for about 2 minutes. Serve warm.

Instructions

  1. 1 Bring water and sorghum to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until sorghum is tender and liquid has been absorbed, about 1 hour.
  2. 2 Place eggs in a saucepan and fill with water; boil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Mix sorghum, Sriracha salt, and cumin together in a bowl. Drizzle 1 tablespoon avocado oil and vinegar over sorghum mixture and mix well; divide between 2 bowls.
  4. 4 Rinse quail eggs under cold water; peel and cut each egg in half. Set egg halves on top of sorghum mixture.
  5. 5 Shred mozzarella cheese using your hands; divide between the 2 bowls of sorghum. Tear basil leaves and sprinkle over mozzarella cheese. Divide avocado, tomato, and radishes between the bowls.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. 2 Combine pork and veal in a nonstick baking dish that fits inside the air fryer basket. Make a well and add egg, cilantro, bread crumbs, spring onions, black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of Sriracha salt. Mix well using your hands. Form a loaf inside the baking dish.
  3. 3 Combine ketchup, chipotle chili sauce, olive oil, and molasses in a small bowl and whisk well. Set aside, but do not refrigerate.
  4. 4 Cook meatloaf in the air fryer for 25 minutes without opening the basket. Remove meatloaf and top with ketchup mixture, covering the top completely. Return meatloaf to air fryer and bake until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), about 7 minutes more.
  5. 5 Turn off air fryer and let meatloaf rest inside for 5 minutes. Take meatloaf out and let rest 5 minutes more before slicing and serving.
