Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, and celery in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and discard grease.
  3. 3 Pour beef mixture into the prepared baking dish. Add condensed soup and thyme; stir well. Spread mashed potatoes evenly on top.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking until cheese has melted, about 5 minutes more.

  1. 1 In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup milk with cornstarch; mix well and set aside.
  2. 2 In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine cheese with 2 cups milk and melt. Stir in garlic salt, red pepper and food coloring. To the melted cheese add the cornstarch mixture and stir well.

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. 2 In a large bowl combine the soup, sour cream and green chiles. Mix together and pour a small amount of this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Lay out tortillas. Put a scoop of the mixture and a few spoonfuls of shredded chicken inside each tortilla and roll them all up.
  3. 3 Place tortillas in baking dish and pour the remaining sour cream mixture over all. Top with shredded cheeses and chopped green onion. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Combine sugar, water, and cinnamon sticks in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Set aside.
  3. 3 Toast bread and butter each slice on one side. Arrange some of the bread to make a single layer in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle some of the raisins, nuts, and pineapple on top. Slice cheese and place some of it on top of fruit. Repeat layers until all bread is used, making sure enough cheese is left over for the top. Pour cinnamon syrup mixture over everything in baking dish.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let bread pudding cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
