Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) with oven rack in top position. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- 2 Combine apricot preserves and mustard.
- 3 Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush ½ apricot-mustard over top.
- 4 Bake in the preheated oven for 16 minutes; brush with remaining ½ apricot-mustard. Continue baking until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 2 minutes more.
