Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- 2 Cut kohlrabi into 1/4-inch thick slices, then halve each slice.
- 3 Combine oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add kohlrabi; toss to coat.
- 4 Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- 5 Bake in the preheated oven until lightly brown and tender, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes.
- 6 Sprinkle with Parmesan. Roast until cheese melts and turns golden, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
