  2. 2 Heat tortilla in a large skillet or directly on the grates of a gas stove until soft and pliable. Place tortilla inside souffle dish, patting bottom down and fluting tortilla up the sides of the dish.
  3. 3 Air fry until tortilla starts to turn golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. 4 Remove tortilla bowl from souffle dish and place upside down in the basket. Air fry until golden brown, an additional 1 to 2 minutes.

  1. 1 Lay tortillas flat on a clean work surface. Spread refried beans down the middle third from top to bottom, leaving a 1-inch space halfway down to allow for a fold. Sprinkle cheese on top, lightly pressing into the beans.
  2. 2 Fold the left side over the beans, then the right side on top, so the two sides are overlapping in the middle. Fold in half vertically so the bottom edge meets the top edge.
  3. 3 Place the quesadillas into the toaster slots and set the toaster to medium heat. Toast for 1 cycle. Carefully remove quesadillas and reverse the vertical fold, so that the inside is now the outside. Return to the toaster and toast until lightly browned, about half a toasting cycle.
  4. 4 Carefully remove the hot quesadillas to a plate. Cut in half at the fold to make 4 pieces.

  1. 1 Put chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and add jerk paste and 1 tablespoon jerk dry seasoning. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. You can prepare charcoal grill while the chicken marinates.
  2. 2 While chicken marinates, preheat a charcoal grill to high heat.
  3. 3 Place chicken on the, "cool," side of the grill and cover. Cook, checking every 5 to 7 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink in the centers. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the centers should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  4. 4 Let cool enough to handle, 5 to 10 minutes; cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5 Pour chicken broth into a saucepan. Add diced chicken and remaining jerk dry seasoning. Mix well, reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add a little more broth at a time if needed.
  6. 6 Remove from heat and transfer chicken to tortillas with any toppings you prefer before serving.

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 In a medium bowl, mix thoroughly the ground beef and taco seasoning; set aside. In a medium saucepan, heat the refried beans over medium low heat until they are completely heated through.
  3. 3 Place the ground beef mixture on a large piece of foil. Press the mixture into an approximately 1 inch thick square shape. Spread the refried beans evenly over the top of the flattened beef. Layer the flour tortillas on top of the refried beans, trimming the edges to fit the square. Layer tortillas with salsa and Cheddar cheese, staying 1/2 to 1 inch away from edges of the square.
  4. 4 Gently roll the layered beef into a Swiss roll shape, pressing and compacting the loaf as you go. Pinch and seal the edges. Wrap in the foil and seal.
  5. 5 Bake in preheated oven 40 to 45 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center. Cut loaf in half to test for doneness, if necessary.

  2. 2 Spray both sides of the tortillas with butter-flavored cooking spray. Cut small circles into the tortillas using a 2 3/4-inch round cookie or biscuit cutter. You should be able to get about 3 to 4 circles from each tortilla.
  3. 3 Flip two 12-cup muffin tins upside down. Fold tortilla circles into a taco shape and arrange each into the space between 2 cups so they hold their shape. Each muffin tin will hold 17 mini tacos.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until tacos are just starting to turn golden brown and crispy, checking every few minutes to make sure they don't burn, 5 to 8 minutes.

  1. 1 Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
