Instructions
- 1 Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Melt butter in the pot. Add chicken broth and couscous. Stir. Cancel Saute mode.
- 2 Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 5 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- 3 Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Fluff couscous with a fork.
- 4 Pour olive oil over the couscous. Sprinkle the Greek seasoning over the top. Mix to combine. Add basil, parsley, and rosemary; toss to disperse throughout.
