Instructions

  1. 1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain, rinse with cool water, and drain once more. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Mix yogurt, oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper for dressing together in a bowl using a wire whisk.
  3. 3 Add broccoli, bell peppers, onion, snap peas, mushrooms, carrots, and dressing to chilled pasta; mix well.
