Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray cups of two 12-cup mini muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 Roll out puff pastry sheet on a large, lightly floured cutting board into a horizontal rectangle. Use a pizza slicer to cut the pastry into 4 rows horizontally and 6 rows vertically so that you have 24 (2 1/2-inch) squares. Press dough squares into each mini muffin cup and prick with the tines of a fork. Cut Brie cheese into 24 cubes. Add a cube of Brie to each pastry cup.
  3. 3 Drizzle honey over the cheese, being careful to keep the honey inside the dough cup. Top with chopped walnuts.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until the pastry is puffed up and the corners are golden brown, 14 to 16 minutes.
  5. 5 Cool in the pans on a wire rack for 3 minutes before transferring the bites to a serving dish.

  1. 1 Mix milk, flour, eggs, melted butter, and salt together in a blender until combined. Let mixture rest for 15 minutes.

  2. 2 Remove and discard rind from Brie cheese. Place cheese in the freezer for 20 minutes to make it easier to cut.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, oil a 24-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  4. 4 Roll puff pastry sheet out into a 10x14-inch rectangle. Cut sheet lengthwise into 4 even strips and then crosswise into 6 even strips, making 24 squares. Separate squares and gently press each one into a prepared muffin cup.
  5. 5 Remove chilled Brie from the freezer; cut into 24 pieces, approximately 3/4-inch in size.
  6. 6 Add 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce to each pastry-lined muffin cup, then press in a piece of Brie and top with 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts. Season each bite with a pinch of sea salt. Transfer muffin pan to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes, or cover and chill for up to 3 days. When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  1. 1 Gather all ingredients.
  2. 2 Slice the brie into squares about ½ inch thick and 1 to 1 ½ inches wide.
  3. 3 Roll out 1 sheet of phyllo dough vertically on a large work surface. Brush the bottom half of the dough with melted butter, then fold the top half over onto itself.
  4. 4 Place 1 piece of cheese in the bottom center of the dough, about 2 inches from the edges. Spoon about 2 teaspoons raspberry jam onto the cheese. Brush melted butter around the rest of the dough.
  5. 5 Fold in the bottom 2 inches of dough over the cheese, then fold in both sides. Brush more butter onto the remaining dough, then carefully roll the filling upwards until it is wrapped fully. Brush more butter on top and set into the air fryer tray. Set air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  6. 6 Air fry in batches to avoid overcrowding until golden-brown, 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. 7 Garnish with a thin drizzle of honey and a pinch of flakey salt. Serve immediately.

Instructions

  1. 1 Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. 2 Lay bacon strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Combine pecans, brown sugar, chili powder, and sea salt in a bowl; evenly sprinkle over bacon.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until browned and crisp, 18 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool. Chop bacon into rough pieces.
  4. 4 Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add apples and 1 tablespoon maple syrup; sauté, stirring only every 60 to 90 seconds, until apples are tender and brown, about 8 minutes.
  5. 5 Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons maple syrup and cinnamon; transfer to a bowl.
  6. 6 Cut a round of parchment paper slightly larger than the round of Brie cheese; place onto a baking sheet. Place Brie on the parchment round; top with apples, making a big mound.
  7. 7 Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Add bacon-praline mixture on top of Brie; continue baking until top is bubbly, 2 to 3 minutes more.
  8. 8 Transfer to a serving platter using a large spatula; sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary.
