Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2 Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in cottage cheese, rolled oats, wheat germ, soup mix, and dried thyme. Form into 8 patties.
- 3 Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; add patties and brown on both sides. Transfer patties to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- 4 Combine condensed soup and 1/2 can of water (or milk) in a small bowl; pour over patties.
- 5 Bake in the preheated oven until soup is bubbly, about 20 minutes.
