Instructions

  1. 1 Place potato flakes, wheat crackers, flour, butter-flavored granules, salt, and pepper into a food processor. Pulse until crackers are finely crushed, then transfer mixture to a bowl.
  2. 2 Melt butter-flavored shortening in a skillet over medium-high heat. Dip tomato slices one at a time into eggs, then cracker mixture. Pan-fry tomatoes in shortening until golden brown on both sides, 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Mix ranch dressing, sour cream, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl. Serve fried tomatoes topped with sauce.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Place cauliflower in a steamer over 1 inch of boiling water, and cover. Cook until tender but still firm. Drain, and place in a greased casserole dish.
  3. 3 In a large bowl, mix together soup, mayonnaise, milk, and curry powder. Pour over cauliflower. Crush crackers, and mix with butter. Sprinkle over cauliflower.
  4. 4 Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  2. 2 Place crackers on the foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer so they overlap like shingles. Add butter and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and continue to cook until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Pour butter-sugar mixture evenly over crackers.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes; remove from oven, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  4. 4 Let stand until chips have melted, about 2 minutes. Spread chocolate over crackers with a spreader or kitchen knife. Sprinkle with nuts.
  5. 5 Allow to cool completely, about 1 hour. Break into chunks, and store in an airtight, sealed container.

  1. 1 Combine Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt in a medium bowl until well blended. Generously coat a ring shaped gelatin mold with cooking spray; spoon cheese mixture into mold, cover, and chill to set for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. 2 Unmold cheese ring onto a serving plate; pour raspberry preserves into center. Arrange crackers around ring.

  1. 1 Combine feta cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, Greek seasoning, garlic, dill, and black pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with red pepper flakes. Refrigerate while you assemble the board.
  2. 2 Place pickled cauliflower, artichoke hearts, pickled okra, hummus, and olives in separate small serving bowls. Arrange bowls on a large cutting board or platter. Add dip bowl.
  3. 3 Arrange some of Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, grapes, carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, crackers, pita chips, salami, pepperoni, almonds, blackberries, and chickpeas around the bowls, without overcrowding. Keep extra ingredients in covered containers in the refrigerator so you can replenish the board as needed.
