Instructions

  1. 1 Cook bacon in a large soup pot over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain on paper towels; chop. Drain excess drippings from the pot, leaving enough to coat the bottom.
  2. 2 Brown beef and pork in the same pot over medium-high heat. Stir in whole tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, water, beer, onion, bell pepper, Anaheims, jalapeños, habaneros, tomato paste, chili powder, chili paste, bouillon granules, cumin, pepper flakes, and garlic.
  3. 3 Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, 45 to 60 minutes Stir in bacon and beans; simmer 30 minutes more.

Instructions

  1. 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool and mash.
  2. 2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. 3 In a large heavy skillet, saute meat until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Drain excess fat and return meat to pan over medium heat. Pour in water and season with beef and chicken bouillon, rosemary, salt, pepper, steak seasoning and onion flakes. Stir in frozen vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the water has evaporated.
  4. 4 Pour meat mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover top with mashed potatoes. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until top begins to brown.

  1. 1 Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes. Transfer beef and onion to a slow cooker.
  2. 2 Stir tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, hot water, chocolate chips, cumin, chili powder, salt, and oregano into beef and onion mixture. Cover the slow cooker.
  3. 3 Cook on High until chili begins to bubble, about 20 minutes. Reduce heat to Low; cook until thick, about 2 hours.

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, and cook the onion until lightly brown. Mix in 2 cloves garlic, and cook 1 minute. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, water, sugar, 1/2 the oregano, and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer while preparing meatballs.
  2. 2 In a bowl, mix the ground round, bread crumbs, remaining oregano, remaining garlic, parsley, eggs, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Roll into 1 inch balls, and drop into the sauce. Cook 40 minutes in the sauce, or until internal temperature of meatballs reaches a minimum of 160 degrees F (72 degrees C).
  3. 3 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, and stir in the spaghetti. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti.

  2. 2 Dissolve bouillon cubes in 3 cups of hot water and add to the stock pot with meat. Stir in spicy vegetable juice cocktail, mixed vegetables, alphabet pasta, and 6 cups water. Simmer 20 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.

  2. 2 In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, seasoned bread crumbs, egg, 1/4 cup of steak sauce, and mozzarella cheese using your hands. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. 3 Lightly oil the grill grate. Cook patties for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Baste with additional steak sauce while cooking if desired.
