Instructions
- 1 Saute onions in butter or margarine until transparent. Place in 2-quart baking dish.
- 2 In a small bowl, beat eggs well. Stir in cream, and season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over onions, and sprinkle cheese.
- 3 Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
