Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Brush a 12-cup popover pan with 1 tablespoon melted olive oil butter. Heat pan in the oven, 5 minutes.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, combine remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil butter, flour, milk, eggs, chives, dill, and salt in a bowl; mix well. Pour batter into the preheated prepared popover cups, filling each about half full.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. (Do not open the oven door during baking.)
  4. 4 Remove from the oven; poke top of each popover with a sharp knife to release steam. Serve warm with canola oil butter.
