Instructions
- 1 Gather all ingredients.
- 2 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 3 Mix ground chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl with your hands until well combined.
- 4 Fold in basil.
- 5 Place chicken mixture between two pieces of parchment paper.
- 6 Gently press on the top piece of parchment and spread mixture into a circle or rectangle with a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Remove and discard the top piece of parchment paper.
- 7 Bake in the preheated oven until starting to brown on the edges, 35 to 45 minutes.
