Instructions

  1. 1 Combine ground turkey, chorizo, garlic, onion powder, chipotle flakes, and black pepper in a large bowl; mix with your hands until well blended. Shape into 4 loosely packed patties.
  2. 2 Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat until hot. Melt buttery spread on the griddle. Add patties; cook until brown, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low, continue cooking, about 5 minutes more. Flip patties; cook until brown, about 6 minutes.
  3. 3 Top each patty with 1 slice pepper Jack cheese; cook until cheese melted, about 1 minute more.
  4. 4 Toast hamburger buns in a toaster oven. Divide and spread mayonnaise on buns; place cooked patties over bottom buns. Top each patty with 1/2 cup spring mix lettuce; sprinkle with lime juice and cover with top buns.

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium heat; add onion, jalapeno, and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
  2. 2 Mix the onion mixture, ground turkey, teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce together in a bowl using a fork. Chop half the peach and mix gently into the bowl with the turkey mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. 3 Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. 4 Cook turkey burgers on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 4 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  5. 5 Combine endive and spring mix in a bowl. Top with avocado, Gorgonzola cheese, and bacon. Serve alongside turkey burgers.

  1. 1 Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Stir almonds and 3 tablespoons sugar together in the skillet; cook until the sugar has melted and coats the almonds; 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside.
  2. 2 Whisk vegetable oil, vinegar, hot sauce, 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Toss spring mix, oranges, strawberries, celery, onion, and parsley together in a large mixing bowl; drizzle the vegetable oil mixture over the lettuce mixture and stir gently to coat. Sprinkle toasted almonds over the salad to serve.
