Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- 2 Combine eggs, sugar, cornmeal, melted butter, milk, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Mix until sugar is dissolved, but do not beat. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
- 3 Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue to bake until set, about 45 minutes more. Serve at room temperature.
