Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Arrange peaches over the bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle dry gelatin over peaches, then sprinkle dry cake mix over gelatin. Dot with butter pieces, then pour 1 cup reserved peach juice and water over the top.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until the top is browned, about 1 hour.

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add water and bring to a boil. Continue to boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in peach gelatin mix until dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  2. 2 Combine peaches and cooled gelatin mixture in a large bowl. Gently stir until peach slices are coated with gelatin. Pour evenly into 2 baked pie shells.
  3. 3 Place pies in the refrigerator until filling is set.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. 2 Mix flour, butter, pecans and 1 tablespoon sugar together in a large bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool.
  4. 4 Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar together in another large bowl until smooth. Gently stir in 2 cups whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  5. 5 Stir 1 1/2 cups sugar and cornstarch together in a large saucepan; stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until clear and thick. Stir in gelatin and remove from heat.
  6. 6 Combine gelatin mixture with peaches. Spread mixture over cream cheese layer. Top with 12 ounce container of whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
