Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Arrange apricots in a 9x12-inch baking dish and sprinkle with white sugar.
  3. 3 Mix together brown sugar and flour in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Lightly stir in rolled oats and spoon mixture over apricots.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until fruit is soft and topping is browned and crisp, 35 to 40 minutes.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan. Set aside 1/2 cup of the dry cake mix.
  2. 2 Mix together eggs and sour cream in a medium bowl. Stir in package of cake mix. Batter will be lumpy. Spread batter into the prepared pan. Using the back of a spoon, make 15 wells in the batter, 3 rows of 5. Beat together cream cheese and milk in another bowl until fluffy. Place a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into each well. Place 1 apricot half, cut side up, onto each well of cream cheese.
  3. 3 Combine 1/2 cup reserved cake mix with butter in a small bowl. Stir in butter until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in slivered almonds and sprinkle the mixture evenly over the Danish batter.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. 5 To make the glaze: Stir together confectioners' sugar and water until smooth, adding another teaspoon of water if necessary. Drizzle over the Danish when cool.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. 2 Place the chicken thighs in a shallow baking dish. Drain the peaches and apricots, reserving the juice in a small bowl. Stir the vinegar into the juice, and adjust the amount to taste if necessary. Season with curry powder and garam masala and stir to blend. Arrange the peaches and apricots around the chicken thighs, and pour the flavored syrup over all. Sprinkle the pistachios on top.
  3. 3 Bake uncovered for 1 hour in the preheated oven, until sauce has thickened and chicken juices run clear.

  2. 2 In a large soup pot, boil potatoes until soft. Add sliced apples just 5 minutes before potatoes are done. Remove from heat. Drain.

Instructions

  1. 1 Stir together apricot juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until the cornstarch has dissolved; set aside.
  2. 2 Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Stir in ginger, and cook until it begins turns golden brown, about 10 seconds. Add the chicken; cook and stir until the chicken turns white and begins to firm. Stir in the stir-fry vegetables, and continue cooking until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the vegetables are hot.
  3. 3 Stir in the apricots, pineapple chunks, and apricot juice mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook until the sauce thickens and clears, about 1 minute. Stir in green onion before serving.
