Instructions
- 1 Combine butter and chocolate-hazelnut spread in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. Reduce speed to medium.
- 2 Gradually add confectioners' sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition and scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. After every 1 cup of confectioners' sugar, raise the speed of the mixer to high and beat for 10 to 20 seconds.
- 3 Add cream, hazelnut extract, vanilla, and salt. Beat until smooth.
