Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a mini cupcake mold with butter and coat with sugar.
  2. 2 Mix condensed milk, shredded coconut, eggs, and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl until combined. Pour coconut mixture into prepared cupcake mold, filling each cup to 3/4 full.
  3. 3 Place cupcake mold into a roasting pan about 1 inch larger than the cupcake mold. Pour hot tap water into the roasting pan until it is halfway up the sides of the cupcake mold, about 1 inch.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until the coconut mixture is golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5 Cool on a wire rack until the custard can easily be removed from the mold. Place custards into mini paper muffin cup liners.
  6. 6 Refrigerate until chilled.

Instructions

  1. 1 Place veal cutlets between 2 sheets of heavy plastic on a solid, level surface. Firmly pound cutlets with the smooth side of a meat mallet to a 1/4-inch thickness. Dip cutlets in flour to coat; shake off excess.
  2. 2 Beat eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, salt, pepper, and nutmeg together in a shallow bowl until combined. Place bread crumbs on a plate.
  3. 3 Dip each cutlet into the egg mixture, then press in bread crumbs to coat. Place coated cutlets on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight.
  4. 4 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook breaded cutlets in butter until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer cutlets to a serving platter and pour pan juices over them. Garnish with lemon slices.

  1. 1 Cook egg noodles in a large pot with boiling salted water. Drain well.
  2. 2 In a large bowl dissolve chicken bouillon cube in boiling water. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and hot pepper sauce. Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream, and cooked egg noodles.
  3. 3 Transfer to lightly greased slow cooker and sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese and paprika.
  4. 4 Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. Serve immediately.
