• white cake mix
• sweetened condensed milk
• whipped topping

Instructions

1. 1 Bake cake as directed on box for a 9 x 13 inch cake.
2. 2 As soon as it comes out of the oven, punch holes all over the top of the cake with a meat fork (try not to hit bottom, but if you do, it's alright). Mix condensed milk and Pina Colada mix together and pour over cake.
3. 3 Chill overnight.
4. 4 Before serving, frost with whipped dessert topping (Cool Whip ™ ) and sprinkle with coconut.

Instructions

1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
2. 2 Blend cake mix, water, oil, and egg whites in a bowl with an electric mixer until moistened. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, 23 to 28 minutes.
4. 4 Remove from the oven and poke holes into the surface of the hot cake. Pour piña colada mix over cake, followed by condensed milk. Let cool completely, at least 2 hours.
5. 5 Spread whipped topping over cake, then sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

• cranberry-raspberry juice
• raspberry ginger ale soda

Instructions

1. 1 In a large plastic container, combine cranberry-raspberry juice with the pina colada mix. Freeze overnight.
2. 2 Remove from freezer 30 minutes prior to serving. To serve place frozen slush in punch bowl and slowly add raspberry ginger ale.

1. 1 Place pina colada mix, coffee-flavored liqueur, vodka, banana, and 1/2 cup of ice into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Add ice a little at a time and repeat until drink reaches desired consistency.
