Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  2. 2 Combine eggs, 2 egg whites, and 3/4 cup egg whites in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until thick and doubled in volume. Add ingredients one at a time, beating 15 to 30 seconds after each addition, in the following order: sugar, honey, flour, baking powder, matcha, vanilla extract, butter, and buttermilk. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.

Instructions

  1. 1 Gather all ingredients.
  2. 2 Whisk matcha powder in a bowl to remove any lumps. Add a splash of milk and whisk until matcha powder is completely dissolved. Gradually whisk in remaining milk.
  3. 3 Transfer matcha mixture to a pot. Add cream and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4 Whisk sugar and eggs together in a bowl. Pour 1/2 cup hot matcha mixture into egg mixture, whisking quickly until thoroughly combined. Repeat with remaining matcha mixture. Pour mixture back into the pot.
  5. 5 Cook and stir matcha mixture over medium-low heat until heated through, about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
  6. 6 Pour chilled matcha mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes.
  7. 7 Serve or transfer to an airtight container and freeze until desired consistency is reached.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®).
  2. 2 Beat white sugar, butter, milk, and vegetable oil together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat eggs, 1 at a time, into creamed butter mixture, beating well before adding the next egg.
  3. 3 Whisk flour, green tea powder, baking powder, and salt together in a separate bowl; slowly mix into creamed butter mixture until batter is smooth. Fold azuki beans into batter; pour into the prepare tube pan.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean, about 70 minutes. Cool cake.
  5. 5 Invert cake onto a serving plate and dust with green tea powder and confectioners' sugar.

  2. 2 Whisk flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl; set aside. Whisk together milk, melted butter, and egg in another bowl. Stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened. Stir in walnuts. Divide the batter among the prepared muffin cups.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until golden and the tops spring back when lightly pressed, about 25 minutes. Cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then remove to cool on a wire rack.

Instructions

  1. 1 Stir graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl until moistened; press crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a 7-inch round springform pan. Place pan in refrigerator until cold, about 20 minutes.
  2. 2 Beat cream cheese and 6 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sugar together in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth; beat in mascarpone cheese. Stir 3 tablespoons green tea powder into cheese mixture.
  3. 3 Beat cream in a chilled glass or metal bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  4. 4 Stir gelatin into warm water in a small bowl until dissolved. Stir gelatin mixture into cream cheese mixture; pour mixture over refrigerated graham cracker crust. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, at least 4 hours.
  5. 5 Dust top of tiramisu with green tea powder and confectioners' sugar; decorate with sliced strawberries.
