  1. 1 Prepare the noodles according to package directions.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, brown the chicken with the onion, green pepper, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper in a large, deep nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat.
  3. 3 Add the salsa, black beans, and broth to the skillet. Bring to a boil; simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the cooked noodles until coated. Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream and additional salsa to garnish individual bowls at the table.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Stir the soup with the yogurt, mayonnaise and curry powder (if using) in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in the noodles, broccoli and chicken until well coated.

  1. 1 Heat the oil in a large, deep skillet set over medium-high heat. Season the pork with 1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) each salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and brown all over; transfer to a bowl.
  2. 2 Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion, carrot, apple, rosemary and remaining salt and pepper; cook, stirring often, until tender. Whisk the cider with the broth, mustard and cornstarch. Stir in the spinach and vinegar; remove from the heat.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with the salt and pepper; add to the skillet in batches and brown all over.
