Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- 2 Place bread cubes in a 2-quart baking dish. Stir in pineapple, sugar, eggs, and melted butter until combined. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.
- 3 Bake in the preheated oven until puffed and golden brown, about 1 hour.
