  2. 2 Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt for cupcakes together into a medium bowl.   5. 5 Cream shortening and confectioners' sugar together until light and fluffy. Gradually mix in chilled pudding mixture and vanilla extract, beating until light and fluffy. Transfer filling to a pastry bag fitted with a small tip.
  6. 6 Push the pastry tip into the top of a cupcake about 1 inch deep. Squeeze filling to fill cupcake, stopping before it starts to leak outside of the hole. Repeat to fill remaining cupcakes.
  7. 7 Combine butter, milk, and cocoa powder for the frosting in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from the heat and transfer to a mixing bowl. Immediately add confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract; beat well. Frost cupcakes with warm frosting.

  1. 1 Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. 2 Spread the mayonnaise on 4 slices of bread. Distribute cheese slices evenly between 2 bread slices, mayonnaise side down. Place the remaining 2 slices on the sandwiches, mayonnaise side up, and lightly press sandwiches to close.
  3. 3 Place the sandwiches in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space around them.
  4. 4 Air-fry for 3 to 4 minutes, flip sandwiches, and cook until sandwich is golden brown and cheese is melted, 2 to 3 more minutes. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook in batches.
