Ingredients

• ✓ instant hot cocoa mix
• butter
• egg
• all-purpose flour
• baking powder
• salt
• confectioners' sugar
• milk
• marshmallow
• butter

Instructions

1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. 2 Combine hot cocoa mix, 1/2 cup butter, and eggs in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Add flour, baking powder, and salt gradually; mix well. Drop teaspoonfuls of the dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until edges are dry, about 8 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
4. 4 Mix confectioners' sugar and milk together in a small bowl.
5. 5 Combine marshmallows and 1 tablespoon butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until marshmallows melt, about 30 seconds. Stir into confectioners' sugar mixture with a fork until smooth.
6. 6 Drizzle marshmallow glaze over cooled cookies. Let stand until set, about 15 minutes.

• cold brew coffee
• stevia sweetener
• heavy cream

Instructions

1. 1 Fill a tall glass with ice and pour cold brew coffee on top. Stir in sweetener and set aside.
2. 2 Combine cream and hot chocolate mix in a tall bowl and mix with an electric mixer until well combined. Pour whipped hot chocolate mix over the iced coffee.
