  1. 1 Mix brandy, triple sec, creme de cacao, and whiskey liqueur in a glass measuring cup.
  2. 2 Put half the vanilla ice cream and half the brandy mixture in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ice cream and brandy mixture to blender. Blend again until smooth. Store in freezer in the ice cream container.

  1. 1 In a large saucepan combine evaporated milk and marshmallows. Stir over low heat until marshmallows are completely melted. Chill until mixture holds its shape when dropped from a spoon.
  2. 2 Slowly pour creme de menthe and creme de cacao into marshmallow mixture while stirring constantly. Continue to stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. 3 Pour whipping cream into a large chilled mixing bowl. Add a few drops of green food coloring if desired. Whip cream until stiff. Gently fold whipped cream into marshmallow mixture.
  4. 4 Spread mixture into pie crust. Chill overnight before serving. Garnish each slice with shaved chocolate and crushed peppermint if desired. Be sure to refrigerate any leftovers.

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake crust in oven for 10 minutes; set aside.
  2. 2 In a saucepan, allow gelatin to soften in cold water. Add 1/3 cup sugar, salt, and beaten egg yolks; blend together. Heat over low heat stirring until gelatin dissolves and mixture coats spoon. Do not bring to a boil.
  3. 3 Remove from heat, stir in cognac and creme de cacao. Chill until mixture thickens.
  4. 4 In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff; while beating, slowly add rest of sugar. Fold egg white and sugar mixture into the thickened filling.
  5. 5 Whip the heavy cream and gently fold half of it into the cognac mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust; cover and refrigerate for an hour. Garnish with remaining whipped cream and chocolate curls.
