Instructions
- 1 Lightly grease a baking sheet with 1 teaspoon butter.
- 2 Combine cashews, sugar, and corn syrup in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir; microwave 3 minutes more. Stir in 1 tablespoon butter, vanilla extract, and butter flavoring until combined. Microwave 2 minutes more.
- 3 Immediately add baking soda; stir and fold until mixture is fluffy. Working quickly, spread mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet; let sit until completely cooled. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight bag or container.
