Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. 2 Whisk eggs and milk together in a large bowl.
  3. 3 Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Pour 1/2 the egg mixture into the hot oil; arrange salami over egg mixture and sprinkle with parsley. Add 2/3 the Parmesan cheese, 2/3 Romano cheese, and 2/3 the mozzarella cheese over the salami-parsley layer; season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. 4 Cook egg-cheese mixture until edges of frittata are browned and middle is set, 10 to 15 minutes. Pour the remaining egg mixture over frittata; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, and mozzarella cheese; season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven until frittata has risen to about 3 inches and middle is set, 20 to 25 minutes. Carefully turn frittata onto a cutting board; cut into 2-inch squares using a sharp knife. Arrange squares in a bowl and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

  2. 2 Place ricotta in a large mixing bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time, with an electric mixer on low speed. Stir in ham, salami, mozzarella, and prosciutto until well combined.
  3. 3 Line the bottom and sides of two 9-inch pans with pie crusts. Divide ricotta mixture between the pans. Sprinkle each pie with Parmesan cheese, then cover filling with remaining pie crusts. Crimp the edges and cut several slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

  3. 3 Roll dough lengthwise into a log. Brush the top with beaten egg; sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Transfer to a baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until puffy, about 30 minutes.

  5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2 Remove dough from the can and roll out into a 9x16-inch rectangle. Cut into 4 equal rectangles.
  3. 3 Place 1 rectangle horizontally on a work surface. Brush mustard over the surface, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Arrange ham, pork, salami, Swiss cheese, and 2 pickle chips, in that order, on the left side of the rectangle. Leave the border and right side of the dough exposed.
  4. 4 Whisk egg and milk together to make an egg wash. Brush around the border. Fold the right side over the filling and press to seal; crimp the edges with a fork. Cut a few small slits in the top of the hand pie to vent. Brush some egg wash over the top.
  5. 5 Repeat with remaining dough, mustard, filling, and egg wash. Arrange hand pies on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. 6 Bake in the preheated oven until crisp and golden brown, 22 to 25 minutes. Cover with foil if starting to brown too quickly. Remove pies to a rack to cool for 5 minutes.

  1. 1 Combine the kalamata olives, green olives, basil, garlic and oil in a food processor or blender and process until coarsely chopped.
  2. 2 Cut the top from the bread loaf and hollow out the center so that about 1/2 inch of crust remains. Spread olive mixture evenly over the inside of the loaf. Layer the salami, cheese, tomatoes and onion until the loaf is full.
  3. 3 Replace top of bread, lightly press down and wrap tightly in plastic wrapping. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 1 day. Slice crosswise in about 1 1/2 inch pieces, and serve.

Instructions

  1. 1 In a small pot place 1/4 cup whole peeled garlic cloves. Cover with extra virgin olive oil and cook on low heat until garlic becomes soft and cooked through. Set aside to cool, retain olive oil.
  2. 2 Bring a pot of lightly salted water to boil and cook orecchiette pasta until al dente. Reserve approximately 1/4 cup of the pasta water to add to the end of step 3. Drain pasta and cool in cold water, then set aside.
  3. 3 In a large saute pan, heat garlic oil from roasted garlic. Add Margherita® Genoa salami and brown slightly. Add peppers, spinach, roasted garlic, and half of the toasted pine nuts and continue to cook until spinach is wilted. Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water, fresh basil and toss, continue to saute until pasta is hot and ready to serve.
  4. 4 Place pasta on plates or serving bowl, sprinkle with grated Romano cheese, black pepper and top with remaining pine nuts.

  1. 1 Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, cover, and steam until barely fork-tender, 6 to 7 minutes. Remove to a metal mixing bowl and refrigerate, about 20 minutes.

  1. 1 Roughly chop green olives, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini, cauliflower, cocktail onions, garlic, capers, celery, and carrot; transfer to a bowl.
