Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
- 2 Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. Blend in the oats, raisins, and toffee bits. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
- 3 Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, about 8 to 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
