  2. 2 Beat together eggs, oil, rum, and milk in a bowl. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt in a separate bowl. Mix the flour into the eggs until just moistened. Gently fold in the pineapple, cherries, and coconut. Pour into prepared pans.
  3. 3 Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool on a wire rack.

  1. 1 Grease a 9-inch square baking pan with 1 teaspoon butter.
  2. 2 Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 1/3 cup butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until white chocolate starts to melt, about 3 minutes; stir until smooth. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until white chocolate is completely melted.
  3. 3 Stir rum flavoring, vanilla extract, and nutmeg into white chocolate mixture. Fold in cranberries and walnut pieces. Pour fudge into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly into the corners.
  4. 4 Cool fudge until set, 8 hours to overnight.

  2. 2 Mix sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs in a large bowl using an electric mixer on low speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Scrape bowl and add bananas, vanilla extract, and rum flavoring; beat well.
  3. 3 Combine flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl; mix well. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture and beat on medium speed until well mixed, 1 to 2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter into the prepared pan.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix sugar, pumpkin pie spice and corn starch in a large bowl. Cut apples into 1/4-inch thick slices and place in a separate bowl. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice and rum; add to dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Place in piecrust. Dot with 2 tablespoons of butter. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  2. 2 Stir flour and brown sugar together in small bowl. Cut in 1/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle evenly over top of pie.
  3. 3 Bake in a preheated 400 degrees F oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes, until golden brown. Delicious when served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
