Instructions
- 1 Place potatoes in a large bowl, cover with cold water, and let sit for 30 minutes.
- 2 Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- 3 Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper; stir until evenly combined. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket
- 4 Cook in the preheated air fryer for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through cook time.
