Instructions

  1. 1 Warm pita in a toaster oven until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes; cut in half and open up each half.
  2. 2 Heat beans in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot; stir in avocado. Divide bean mixture in half; fill each half pita with bean mixture and top with salsa, feta cheese, cilantro, and hot sauce.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Cut each pita bread into 8 wedges and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and place wedges on a baking sheet.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until crispy on the edges and slightly soft in the middle, 12 to 14 minutes; they will harden as they cool.
  4. 4 Serve immediately or store in an airtight container after cooling.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Spread tomato pesto onto one side of each pita bread and place them pesto-side up on a baking sheet. Top with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, feta cheese, and Parmesan cheese; drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until pita breads are crisp, about 12 minutes. Cut pitas into quarters to serve.
