Instructions

  1. 1 Rim 2 wine glasses with sugar and salt. Fill with ice. Add an orange slice and lime slice to each glass.
  2. 2 Pour cranberry juice, tequila, triple sec, orange juice, and lime juice into a shaker. Shake well.
  3. 3 Pour mixture evenly over ice in rimmed glasses. Top with lemon-lime beverage.

Instructions

  1. 1 Place cranberry juice, sugar, and cinnamon stick into a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and simmer until the sugar dissolves. Meanwhile, peel the pears, leaving the stem intact.
  2. 2 Place the pears into the simmering juice and cover. Cook until the pears are tender, turning occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes. Once tender, remove the saucepan from the heat, and set aside to cool to room temperature. Turn the pears a few times as they cool so the color remains even.

Instructions

  1. 1 Pour the cranberry and grape juices into a heavy pot. Add the pectin and stir until dissolved. Bring the juice mixture to a full rolling boil over high heat. Stir in the sugar, and return to a full boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and skim off any foam. Pour jelly into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headroom. Adjust lids. Process for 10 minutes in a boiling-water bath.
