Instructions

  1. 1 Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in mushrooms, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer mushrooms to a plate. Remove skillet from heat.
  2. 2 In a small bowl, beat egg yolks and milk to blend. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with a dry beater until soft peaks form. Fold yolk mixture into whites.
  3. 3 Return skillet to medium-high heat. When butter sizzles, pour egg mixture into skillet. Sprinkle mushrooms and crab meat evenly over the top. Cook until omelet begins to set, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Using a large spatula, fold omelet over, forming semicircle. Cover skillet; cook until omelet puffs and is cooked through, about 3 minutes. Slide omelet onto a large plate.

  1. 1 Combine pancake mix, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, and egg in a medium bowl until well blended. Fold in crabmeat. Form into 3-inch cakes.
  2. 2 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat. (There should be enough oil to reach half way up the sides of the crab cakes.) When oil is hot, carefully place crab cakes in the pan. Fry until golden brown, about 8 minutes per side. If patties are browning too fast, reduce the heat. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.

  1. 1 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry potato in hot oil until fork-tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer potatoes to a plate lined with paper towels, leaving excess oil in the skillet.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Rinse the calamari tubes and pat dry.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, stir together the onions, 6 cloves garlic, shrimp, crabmeat and lemon juice. Spoon some of this mixture into each squid tube and seal the ends by 'sewing' with a toothpick. Arrange in a single layer in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
  3. 3 Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cream cheese and 2 cloves garlic. Cook and stir until cream cheese has melted. Gradually whisk in the milk. Cook until heated through and then remove from the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and pepper. Pour over all of the calamari tubes in the baking dish. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of Romano cheese on top of each one.
  4. 4 Bake uncovered until the cheese is browned and sauce is bubbly. While the calamari is baking, Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain. Serve the stuffed calamari and sauce over a bed of linguine.

  1. 1 Melt 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup olive oil together in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Stir in the 1 1/4 cups of parsley, and cook for 1 minute more. Season with lemon juice, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper; set aside.
  2. 2 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, bring a few cups of water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Stir in the oysters and turn off the heat. Allow the oysters to stand for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside. Melt 1/4 cup butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil together in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the shrimp, and cook until they turn pink and begin to firm. Add the crab meat and drained oysters; continue cooking until the shrimp have turned opaque in the center, and the crab is hot.
  4. 4 Toss the seafood with the drained pasta, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour in the sauce, and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of chopped parsley before serving.
