Instructions

  1. 1 Spread the graham cracker crumbs onto a small, shallow plate. Moisten the rims of 2 martini glasses with the lime wedges; reserve the lime wedges. Dip the moistened glasses into the graham cracker crumbs and set aside. Reserve the lime wedges and remaining graham cracker crumbs to use as a garnish.
  2. 2 Pour the vodka, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, almond syrup, and whipped cream into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the rimmed glasses. Place a lime wedge on the edge of each glass and sprinkle the cocktails with some of the reserved graham cracker crumbs to garnish.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. 2 Place sugar in a shallow bowl. Dip lime halves in sugar to coat.
  3. 3 Grill lime and pineapple wedges, turning occasionally, until lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from grill and let cool.
  4. 4 Fill a cocktail shaker and Old Fashioned glass with ice.
  5. 5 Squeeze 1/2 fluid ounce lime juice and 1 fluid ounce pineapple juice into the shaker. Add gold rum, silver rum, triple sec, and orgeat syrup. Cover and shake until the outside of shaker has frosted. Strain into the glass and garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge.

  1. 1 Place a few ice cubes in a pitcher; add pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and almond-flavored syrup and stir until chilled. Strain mixture and pour into 4 glasses.
  2. 2 Top each glass with club soda; mocktail will foam up.
  3. 3 Dust each mocktail with nutmeg. Garnish with a lime wheel, sprig of mint, and umbrella.

  1. 1 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add orange juice, rum, lemon juice, gin, brandy, sherry, and orgeat. Cover and shake until well blended. Strain into a tiki glass filled with crushed ice.
  2. 2 Skewer orange slice, maraschino cherry, and mint on a toothpick to garnish the drink.
