• water
• flaxseed oil
• honey
• liquid lecithin
• whole wheat flour
• flax seed
• bread flour
• salt
• active dry yeast

Instructions

1. 1 Put all the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. 2 Select Wheat Cycle, and Start.
