  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. 3 Mix yogurt, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Stir in flour mixture a little at a time, mixing well between each addition to avoid lumps. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Mix flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add butter and mix with fingers until coarse crumbs form. Gently mix yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract into flour mixture until dough is just combined.
  3. 3 Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead briefly, for five or six turns. Pat or roll the dough out into a 1-inch thick round. Cut into 8 wedges and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush each wedge with milk and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon sugar.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Serve warm or cool completely and store in an airtight container.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin, or line with paper liners.
  2. 2 Stir yogurt, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, oil, and egg together in a medium bowl. Stir flour, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Pour butter mixture into flour mixture; mix until just blended. Fold in rhubarb. Spoon into the prepared muffin tin, filling cups at least 2/3 full.
  3. 3 Stir 1/4 cup of brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, almonds, and 2 teaspoons of melted butter together in a small bowl. Spoon on top of each muffin, and press down lightly.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until the tops spring back when lightly pressed, about 25 minutes. Cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before removing.

  1. 1 Place a paper towel in a colander, and place the colander over a bowl to collect any draining liquid. Pour yogurt on top of the paper towel. Set in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. Use this yogurt curd like cream cheese.
  2. 2 Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1 teaspoon sugar and butter or margarine. Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
  3. 3 Mix yogurt curd with 1 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. 4 Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 70 minutes, or until done when checked with cake tester. Let sit 24 hours before serving.
