  2. 2 In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix and instant pudding. Add the eggs, oil, water and mashed banana, mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in the chopped nuts. Pour evenly into the prepared pans.
  3. 3 Bake for 50 to 55 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pans for 15 minutes before removing to cool completely on wire racks.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9x13-inch pans.
  2. 2 Stir cake mix and pudding mix together in a bowl. Beat in 1 1/2 cups of milk and eggs until smooth. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 15 to 17 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack, about 30 minutes.
  4. 4 Cream butter and shortening in a large bowl with an electric mixer until combined. Gradually mix in sugar and flour. Beat in remaining 3/4 cup milk and banana extract until smooth.

  1. 1 In a medium bowl, cream together shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and instant banana pudding mix. Mix in 2 cups flour. Gradually mix in remaining 1/2 cup flour as needed to form a workable dough. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  2. 2 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease baking sheets. Shape dough into walnut sized balls, and place 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. Flatten balls to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  3. 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned.

  1. 1 Using an electric mixer, whip 3 cups heavy cream on low speed until it starts to thicken. Add crushed ice and continue to whip another 4 minutes. Increase the speed and add vanilla and banana pudding mixes; whip until fully blended and the mixture thickens. Increase the speed to high and beat until mixture is stiff.
  2. 2 Line the bottom and halfway up the sides of the pie crust with banana slices. Cover bananas with 1/2 of the cream mixture, layer with remaining banana slices, and top with remaining cream mixture.
  3. 3 In a small bowl, whip remaining 1 cup cream until stiff peaks form. Using a pastry bag, pipe cream on top of pie until completely covered. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
