Instructions
- 1 Combine black olives, green olives, Kalamata olives, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until chopped.
- 2 Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil; process until smooth. Transfer spread to a bowl; cover with plastic wrap.
- 3 Refrigerate before serving, at least 1 hour or overnight.
