  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Tear off four 15-inch sheets of Reynolds Parchment Paper. Fold each sheet in half and crease it in the center. Cut each into a heart shape; unfold.
  2. 2 Divide broccoli and shrimp evenly on one-half of each sheet near crease.
  3. 3 Mix garlic, sesame oil, ginger and soy sauce. Spoon 1/4 the mixture evenly over broccoli and shrimp on each sheet.
  4. 4 Fold over other half of each sheet to enclose ingredients. Starting at top, make small overlapping folds down entire length of parchment to secure edges together. Twist last fold several times to make a tight seal. Place parchment packets on a large baking sheet with 1-inch sides.
  5. 5 Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until shrimp is done.
  6. 6 Place parchment packets on dinner plates. Carefully cut an X in the top of each packet; open carefully, allowing steam to escape. Serve immediately.

  1. 1 Make sure shrimp are fully thawed and well drained. Keep in the refrigerator while you make the marinade.

  5. 5 Sear shrimp for 2 minutes, then flip over. Dump in marinade and cook for 1 minute. Turn off heat and flip shrimp once more; let sit for about 1 minute. The marinade in the pan will reduce down to a beautiful glaze just from the residual heat in the pan. Garnish with green onion.

Repeat with remaining dumpling mixture and carefully transfer 6 to 12 at a time into the simmering broth. Cook until dumplings turn over in the water, about 2 minutes per batch. Ladle about 1/2 cup dashi into warm serving bowls; remove dumplings with a strainer into the bowls (3 per serving).

  1. 1 Combine water, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until sauce has reduced and thickened slightly, 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. 2 Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate. Thread shrimp and pineapple alternately onto skewers and place on a platter.
  3. 3 Arrange skewers on the hot grate. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until shrimp is opaque and cooked through. Turn grill to low heat and brush sauce on both sides of skewers. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.

  1. 1 Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat; saute onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes until garlic is slightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimp; cook and stir until shrimp begin to firm, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2 Stir tomatoes, peanut butter, and red chile paste into shrimp mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes.
  3. 3 Place noodles in a large bowl and cover with hot water. Set aside until noodles are softened, about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly.
  4. 4 Divide noodles among serving plates; top with shrimp sauce. Garnish each serving with cilantro, yogurt, and peanuts.

Instructions

  1. 1 Bring a pot of water to a boil. Remove from the heat and add vermicelli noodles. Let noodles soak until they're tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2 Slice shrimp in half lengthwise.
  3. 3 Place a rice paper sheet in hot water for about 4 seconds. Remove, shake off excess water, and transfer to a clean, flat surface. Starting with the shrimp, layer the other roll ingredients carefully at the top of the wrapper (leaving about 2/3 of the wrapper below the contents). Fold the left and right edges in and over the filling. Starting from the top, fold the wrap tightly.
  4. 4 Repeat the wetting, filling, and wrapping process to make remaining rolls until out of ingredients.
  5. 5 Mix mirin, tamari, rice vinegar, ginger, and sesame oil for sauce together in a small, resealable container. Seal and shake well. Pour into a dipping dish and serve with rolls.
