Instructions

1. 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cover a sided cookie sheet with aluminum foil and line crackers on foil.
2. 2 Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Constantly stirring, bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers completely.
3. 3 Bake crackers in the preheated oven for 5 to 6 minutes and watch carefully. Remove cookie sheet from oven, place it on oven door and sprinkle chocolate chips over baked crackers. When chocolate gets soft, spread over crackers with back of a spoon. Sprinkle slivered almonds on melted chocolate. Place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Break into cookie-size pieces. This recipe freezes well.

Instructions

1. 1 Mix together crushed crackers, bread crumbs, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Set aside.
2. 2 Stir together butter and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Pour butter mixture over cracker mixture. Add Parmesan cheese and pepper; mix until well combined. Stir in white wine, using only enough to hold mixture together.
3. 3 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
4. 4 Use a sharp knife to butterfly shrimp, then arrange back-side up in a large baking dish. Stuff shrimp with heaping tablespoonfuls of cracker mixture.
5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven until cracker mixture is lightly browned, shrimp is opaque, and tails have curled, about 20 minutes.

3. 3 Pour apple mixture into pie crust; top with second crust. Pinch and crimp edges to seal. Pierce top crust in several places with a fork. (Or refrigerate apple mixture until ready to use.)

4. 4 Mix cream cheese and remaining ½ cup sugar in a medium bowl; fold in whipped topping. Spread cream cheese mixture onto cooled crust.
5. 5 Whisk boiling water and gelatin together in a medium bowl until gelatin dissolved; mix in frozen strawberries. Set aside for 15 minutes; pour strawberry mixture over cream cheese layer, cover, and chill until ready to serve.

1. 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 15 x 10 inch baking pan with foil and grease it well. Line the pan with soda crackers.
2. 2 In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and cook stirring it until it dissolves. Bring to a boil and cook about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Immediately pour mixture over the soda crackers.
3. 3 Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until the mixture starts to bubble. Spread the chocolate chips over the hot cookies. Let set for a minute. Spread the chocolate evenly. Sprinkle with nuts. Let cool, then cut into bars.
