Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Mix flour, white sugar, cinnamon sugar, nutmeg, and baking powder together in a bowl.
  3. 3 Whisk milk, eggs, pumpkin butter, and canola oil in a bowl until eggs are lightly beaten. Add flour mixture and mix until flour is no longer visible. Pour into the prepared loaf pan; sprinkle toffee bits on top.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool in the pan, about 10 minutes. Invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.

  2. 2 In a medium bowl, stir together the apples and pumpkin butter. Spread evenly in a 8 or 9 inch square baking dish. Pour the pumpkin bread mix into a bowl, and cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the apples.
  3. 3 Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the apples are tender enough to insert a fork. Serve warm with whipped cream.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Combine pecans and 1/4 cup brown sugar in medium bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
  3. 3 Beat cream cheese in a large bowl at high speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add 1/3 cup brown sugar; beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pumpkin butter. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
  4. 4 Bake cheesecake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  5. 5 Sprinkle pecan mixture over pie. Bake for 5 additional minutes, or until butter mixture has melted. Cool on a wire rack. Cover, and chill for at least 4 hours.

  1. 1 Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 3x7-inch loaf pan.
  2. 2 Whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking soda, and cloves together in a bowl.
  3. 3 Beat egg in a mixing bowl. Whisk in half pumpkin butter, brown sugar, apple juice, and melted butter until smooth. Stir in the flour mixture until no lumps remain. Fold in raisins and walnuts, if using, just until evenly distributed. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, spread the remaining pumpkin butter evenly over top, and pour in the remaining batter.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
