Instructions
- 1 Crush vanilla wafers into crumbs; combine with ground almonds.
- 2 Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, 1 to 3 minutes, or according to package directions.
- 3 Combine tequila, orange marmalade, and light corn syrup in a blender; blend until smooth.
- 4 Stir tequila mixture and melted chocolate into crumb mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls and coat with sugar. Store in refrigerator.
