Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and peppers and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2 Add the corn, beans and chicken to the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot. Stir in the soup and milk and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Squeeze 1 teaspoon juice from the lime. Place the avocado into a medium bowl. Add the lime juice and toss to coat.
  4. 4 Divide the chicken mixture among the tostada shells. Top with the avocado mixture and cilantro. Season with hot pepper sauce, if desired.

  1. 1 Stir the chili powder, cumin and garlic powder in a small bowl. Season the pork with the salt and black pepper. Season the pork with the chili powder mixture.
  2. 2 Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove the pork from the skillet. Pour off any fat.
  3. 3 Stir the soup and milk in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the pork to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook until the pork is cooked through. Serve the pork with the sauce. Sprinkle with the cilantro.

  2. 2 Add the tomato and garlic to the saucepan and cook and stir for 1 minute. Season with the salt and black pepper.
  3. 3 Stir in the soup and milk and heat to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the macaroni. Sprinkle with the cilantro.
