Instructions

  1. 1 Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef, onion and bell pepper until beef is browned and onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in cumin and chili powder. Remove mixture from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  2. 2 In same skillet, prepare Knorr® Rice SidesTM- Beef flavor according to package directions.
  3. 3 Stir pinto beans and seasoned beef mixture into the rice; continue cooking until thoroughly heated, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low.
  4. 4 Top with Cheddar cheese and continue cooking until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and any additional favorite toppings.

Instructions

  1. 1 Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring and breaking meat up. Transfer ground beef to a bowl.
  2. 2 Melt butter in the same skillet; add zucchini and sauté until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Return ground beef to the skillet. Add water, tomatoes, Knorr rice, dried onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook, about 7 minutes.
  4. 4 Season with salt and pepper, and top with cheese. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
